Nam Tan Uyen Joint Stock Corporation was established in 2005 for a 50 year operation. It is invested by the Nam Tan Uyen Joint Stock Corporation under the control of the State-run Vietnam Rubber Group. Phuoc Hoa Rubber Joint Stock Company also contributed to the company's establishment. It aims is to develop the infrastructure for Nam Tan Uyen Industrial Park. Besides, Nam Tan Uyen Joint Stock Corporation has also invested in building industrial & civil buildings, hydrowater system, road and transportation, residential houses, rental offices, factories and ware-houses for sales. It also engages in exploiration for wooden material, processing wooden products for sales, road transportation services, import-export authorised activities and consignment as well as restaurants and hotels.
