2. Type of share: common share
3. Par value: VND 10,000/share
4. Total number of shares: 16,000,000 shares
5. Number of outstanding shares: 16,000,000 shares
6. Number of treasury share: 0 share
7. Number of shares expected to be issued: 8,000,000 shares
8. Total value of shares expected to be issued (according to par value): VND 80,000,000,000
9. Rate of issue: 2:1 (shareholders owning 02 shares shall receive 01 new share)
10. Capital source: Investment & development fund in the audited financial statement of 2019
11. Record date for the share issue: 04 Dec 2020
12. Method of handling fractional shares: number of shares issued will be rounded down to unit digit. The decimal (if any) will be canceled.
