Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 3 (PECC3) is a Vietnam-based company engaged in the provision of civil engineering services for the electricity sector. It is involved in the offering of bidding services, environment evaluation, geological surveying, planning and management of renewable energy projects and construction projects of power plants, wiring systems and transformer stations. In addition, it is involved in the provision of consulting, appraisal, designing and surveillance services for electrical structures and irrigational structures. The Company invests in the construction of power plants as well. As of December 31, 2016, the Company was an affiliate of Electricity of Vietnam Corporation (EVN).
