Imexpharm Corporation is a Vietnam-based pharmaceutical manufacturing and distributing company. The Company primarily manufactures, markets and trades pharmaceutical products, materials and equipment, including drugs, traditional medicine, cosmetics and drinks. It is also involved in the provision of packaging and warehousing services specialized for pharmaceutical storage. The Company manufactures more than 190 drugs, in which more than 30 of them are franchised to foreign pharmaceutical manufacturers. As of December 31, 2007, products manufactured by the Company contributed to 66.72% of total revenue. It has six branches, one pharmaceutical center, two factories and two alliances. Its distribution main market is in the South. With annual revenue of approximately VND 350 billion, the company accounts for nearly 5% of the total domestic shares and rank in the top 5 Vietnamese pharmaceutical companies with highest revenue.
