CMC Investment JSCis Vietnam-based automotive manufacturer. The Company mainly produces, assembles, and markets trucks and parts, including bodies, storage, engines, and other mechanical components, as well as specialized vehicles. It is also involved in repairs and maintenance services for automotives, construction services to infrastructure, manufacturing, and commercial buildings, merchandise of operating supplies, and equipment leasing services. The Company has minor real estate operations of industrial and residential development projects. Main products include frozen and general storage tanks for trucks, ambulance, and specialized vehicles for seafood transportation. As of December 31, 2008, 96.47% of total revenue came from sale of automotives and mechanical parts. The Company has one joint venture.
