The company also provides technical services related to the production and trading of fertilizers and other related chemicals, as well as technical consultancy and architecture services; and produces, transmits, and distributes electricity. In addition, it develops, trades in, and manages real estate properties; sells agriculture and forestry products, and living animals; transports goods through inbound waterways and trucks; and processes oil and gas-related products and minerals. Further, the company offers vocational training services; waterway transportation support services; goods loading and unloading services; and maritime and shipping agency, and goods storage services. Additionally, it constructs and installs industrial and civil works; and produces packages and polyester fibers. The company was formerly known as PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Joint Stock Company. The company was founded in 2003 and is headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
