Additives and Petroleum Products Joint Stock Company is a Vietnam-based company engaged in the oil refining and marketing industry. It is involved in the manufacturing and trading of additives and petroleum products. Its products include petroleum lubricating oils and greases, motor oils, brake fluids, cutting oils, hydraulic fluids, along with chemicals, additives and other petroleum products. During the year ended December 31, 2009, 68.8% of its revenue came from sale of lubricating oils and greases. As of December 31, 2009, the Company was an affiliate of Vietnam National Chemical Group (Vinachem), and it had one affiliated enterprise in Quang Ninh Province and one branch in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
