According to the Board resolution dated February 04, 2021, the Board of Directors of City Auto Corporation unanimously approved the result of share issue as follows:

-          Number of shares registered to be issued: 22,769,984 shares

-          Number of distributed shares: 22,769,984 shares

-          Offering price: VND10,000/share 

-          Number of shares registered to buy and pay from January 04, 2021 to February 01, 2021: 22,678,210 shares

-          Number of fractional and unsold shares: 91,774 shares

The Board of Directors approved the distribution of fractional and unsold shares as follows:

-          Number of shares allowed for distribution: 81,822 shares

-          Number of shares cancelled: 9,952 shares

-          Offering price: VND10,000/share 

The Board of Directors decided to distribute 81,822 shares to investor Le Thi My Trang.
