The Board resolution dated February 05, 2021, the BOD of Vinh Son - Song Hinh Hydropower Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the result of stock issuance to existing shareholders:

-          Offering volume: 30,000,000 shares

-          Total number of shares issued successfully: 29,696,212 shares

-          Number of unsold shares: 301,090

-          Number of fractional shares: 2,698 shares

-          Total shares of issued unsuccessfully: 303,788 shares.

2)      Approving to continue the distribution of 303,788 shares to Mr. Nguyen Tien Dat. Details are as follows:

-          Offering price: VND 10,000/share

-          These shares will be restricted in 01 year from the finish date of the offering.

-          Time for settlement: February 05, 2021
