1)      To set up subsidiary:

-          Company name: Saigontel Long An Company Limited

-          Short name: SLA CO., LTD

-          Address: lot 6A, Street No.3, Tan Duc Industrial zone, Duc Hoa Ha Commune, Duc Hoa District, Long An Province, Vietnam.

-          Charter capital: VND 450,000,000,000 (SGT contributed VND 337,500,000,000, equivalent to 75% charter capital of Saigontel Long An Company Limited

-          To appoint Mrs. Nguyen Cam Phuong as the representative of contributed capital of SGT in Saigontel Long An Company Limited.

2)      To set up associated company:

-          Company name: Long An Development Invest Joint Stock Company

-          Short name: Long An DIC

-          Address: lot 6A, Street No.3, Tan Duc Industrial zone, Duc Hoa Ha Commune, Duc Hoa District, Long An Province, Vietnam.

-          Charter capital: VND 1,500,000,000,000 (SGT contributed VND 600,000,000,000, equivalent to 40% charter capital of Long An Development Invest Joint Stock Company).

-          To appoint Mrs. Nguyen Cam Phuong as the representative of contributed capital of Long An Development Invest Joint Stock Company.
