-          Total value of issue (based on par value): VND 5,750,000,000

-          Expected charter capital after the issuance: VND 120,750,000,000

-          Transfer restriction: 05 years from the issue date

-          Execution time: Quarter 1/2021

-          To register to deposit at the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) and list on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) for new shares.
