On December 17, 2021, Construction Joint Stock Company 47 announces the Resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders to approve the adjustment and supplement the plan for dividend payment and bonus shares in 2021 with the following contents:

-          Net revenue:    1,100 billion dongs

-          Profit after tax: 31 billion dongs

-          Minimum dividend payment rate: 10% in cash or share

-          Bonus shares rate: 10% from Investment and Development fund.
