The Board resolution dated November 16, 2021, the BOD of FECON Mining Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1) Approving to increase its charter capital from VND410,000,000,000 to VND450,999,690,000, effective from December 16, 2021.

2) Approving to amend its charter with new charter capital.
