-          Number of Vinaconex ITC shares that VCG is holding: 49,280,000 shares, equivalent to 23.47% of charter capital of Vinaconex ITC.

-          Number of Vinaconex ITC shares expected to be bought: 57,820,000 shares, equivalent to 27.537% of charter capital of Vinaconex ITC.

-          Total shares of Vinaconex ITC after the purchase: 107,100,000 shares, equivalent to 51% of charter capital of Vinaconex ITC.
