On November 16, 2021, the BOD of FECON Mining Joint Stock Company approved the signing of transaction contract with the following companies:

- Fecon Corporation;

- Phan Vu Investment Joint Stock Company ;

- Fecon Nghi Son Joint Stock Company;

- Fecon Nghi Son Mechanical Manufacture and Concrete Company Limited.

Contract value: less than 35% of total assets of the company recorded in the latest financial statements.

Effective time: from 01/01/2022 to 12/31/2022.
