1. Business result in Q1. 2019.
2. Approving Welfare and Reward Fund in 2018: VND5,817,212,000
3. Report on salary and remuneration of the Board of Directors, Board of Supervisors in 2018 and plan for 2019.
4. Approving to pay for the 2018 dividend in cash:

-       Record date:  May 21, 2019

-       Payment date: May 31, 2019

-       Dividend pay-out ratio: 15%/ par value (VND1,500/ share)

5. Approving to appoint Ms. Truong Thi Yen Nga as Head of Personnel Board.
