1. Approving the report on the Board of Directors in 2018.
2. Approving the report from the Supervisory Board in 2018.
3. Approving the business result in 2018 and plan for 2019
4. Approving the audited financial statements in 2018.
5. Approving the profit distribution in 2018.
6. Approving the selection of one of the four auditing firms to audit financial statements in 2019:

-       PwC Viet Nam Com Ltd;

-       KPMG Com Ltd;

-       Ernst & Young Viet Nam Com Ltd.
