Vinalink International Freight Forwarders announces the board resolution dated April 23, 2019 regarding the change of personnel as follows:

1. Electing the Chairman and Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors for the term of 2019 – 2024:

-       Mr. Vu The Duc: Chairman of the Board of Directors

-       Mr. Nguyen Nam Tien: Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors

2. Appointing the Directorate for the term of 2019 - 2022:

-       Mr. Nguyen Nam Tien: CEO

-       Mr. Dinh Quang Ngoc: Deputy CEO

-       Mr. Vu Quoc Bao: Deputy CEO

-       Ms. Nguyen Anh Nam: Chief Accountant

3. Appointing Ms. Hoang Thi Duy Thao as the person in charge of the Company’s governance for the term of 2019 – 2022.

4. Appointing the following persons as representatives at the associated companies:

-       RCL (Vietnam) Co., Ltd.: Mr. Vu The Duc

-       FC (Vietnam) Co., Ltd.: Mr. Nguyen Nam Tien and Mr. Vu Quoc Bao

-       LCM (Vietnam) Co., Ltd.: Mr. Nguyen Nam Tien and Mr. Vu Quoc Bao

-       Konoike (Vietnam) Co., Ltd.: Mr. Vu The Duc

-       Vinatrans Da Nang Joint Stock Company: Mr. Nguyen Nam Tien

-       Kim Thanh Logistics Joint Stock Company: Mr. Nguyen Nam Tien
