On April 22, 2019, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Announcement No.591/TB-SGDHCM regarding the delisting of stock of Quang Nam Rubber Investment Joint Stock Company (VHG):

- Number of shares delisted : 150,000,000 shares

- Value of shares delisted : VND1,500,000,000,000

- The stock VHG is delisted on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange under Decision No. 133/QD-SGDHCM dated April 22, 2019.

- Reason: The Company had losses in 2016, 2017 and 2018, in the case of securities delisted under Point dd, Clause 1, Article 60 of Decree No.58/2012/ND-CP dated 07/20/2012.

- Effective delisting date: May 23, 2019

- Last trading date: May 22, 2019
