SaiGon Shoes Joint Stock Company (Sashoco) is a Vietnam-based company active in the footwear industry. The Company is engaged in the manufacturing and processing of women's shoes, including leather shoes, casual shoes, sport shoes and boots. It also manufactures and processes luggages and bags. Its products are exported to Malaysia, South Korea, Australia and European markets, including France, Germany and Britain. In addition, the Company is involved in the manufacturing and trading of materials for the footwear industry. During the year ended December 31, 2010, 94.26% of its revenue came from export of its products. As of December 31, 2010, the Company was a subsidiary of State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC).
