On April 29, 2023, Hoang Anh Gia Lai Joint Stock Company announced the schedule and measures to overcome the status of securities being put under warning with details as follows:

1)      Business result:

1. Profit after tax of the holding company in the first 3 months of 2023: 291 billion dongs
2. Total profit after corporate income tax in the first 3 months of 2023: 303 billion dongs

2)      Investment projects: The company has strived to maintain the production scale in 2023 to increase the revenue.

3)      Financial restructure: The company has completed the procedure of transferring the contributed capital, reduced the outstanding balance and improved the production and business efficiency, as well as implemented the liquidation of financial investment activities, collected the partners’ debts and the liquidation of unprofitable assets, maintained the production and business activities.
