On April 19, 2023, Petrovietnam Power Nhon Trach 2 Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of annual general meeting 2023 to approve the following contents:

1)      The AGM approved the reports of the BOD in 2022 and plan for 2023.

2)      The AGM approved the remuneration of the BOD, Supervisory Board in 2022 and plan for 2023.

3)      The AGM approved the evaluation report of independent member of the BOD in 2022.

4)      The AGM approved the business plan in 2022:

a)      Revenue:                8,813 billion dongs

b)      Profit after tax:       883 billion dongs

5)      The AGM approved the business plan in 2023:

a)      Total revenue:        8,299 billion dongs

b)      Profit before tax:    498 billion dongs

c)      Profit after tax:       473 billion dongs

6)      The AGM approved the profit allocation in 2022:

a)      Profit after tax in 2022:      883,417,416,165 dongs

b)      Appropriation to funds:     75,549,870,808 dongs

• Development and investment fund: 44,170,870,808 dongs
• Reward and welfare funds, reward of the managers: 31,379,000,000 dongs

c)      Dividend: 719,690,072,500 dongs (25% par value)

7)      The AGM approved the plan of profit allocation in 2023:

a)      Profit after tax: 473.68 billion dongs

b)      Appropriation to funds: 28.15 billion dongs (for welfare and reward fund, reward of the BOM)

8)      The AGM approved the reports of the Supervisory Board in 2022 and plan for 2023.

9)      The AGM approved the selection list of audit firms to conduct the audit of financial statement in 2023.

10)  The AGM approved the election of Mr. Ngo Duc Nhan as member of the BOD.
