1)      The AGM approved the business result in 2022:

2)      The AGM approved the financial statement in 2022 and plan for 2023:

a)      Profit before tax in 2022: 3.953.438.908 dongs

b)      Profit after tax:             3,039,295,413 dongs

c)      Profit allocation in 2022: 3,000,000,000 dongs

d)      Dividend (3%):             3,000,000,000 dongs

e)       Accumulated profit remaining from 2022: 39,295,413 dongs          

3)      The AGM approved the reports of the Supervisory Board in 2022 and plan for 2023.

4)      The AGM approved the business plan in 2023:

a)      Revenue:                      420 billion dongs

b)      Profit before tax:          5 billion dongs

c)      Dividend:                     3%

5)      The AGM approved the plan to transfer the contributed capital in two subsidiaries ((HUD101, HUD1.02 and CIC DERCO Joint Stock Company).

6)      The AGM approved the remuneration of the BOD, Supervisory Board in 2023 with the estimates amount of 124,200,000 dongs.
