The Board resolution dated May 30, 2023, the BOD of Tien Phong Commercial Joint Stock Bank approved the record date to issue shares for capital increase from the owner equity for the existing shareholders with details as follows:

- Record date: June 12, 2023

- Exercise ratio: 39.19%

- Expected issuance volume: 619,889,978 shares.
