On May 31, 2023, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.966/TB-SGDHCM about the record date to pay the cash dividend payment in 2022 of Van Dien Fused Magnesium Phosphate Fertilizer Joint Stock Company as follows:

Ex-right date: June 07, 2023
Record date: June 08, 2023
Exercise ratio: 9% (900 dongs/share)
Payment time: June 22, 2023
Place of implementation:

For deposited securities: Shareholder will implement procedures to receive dividend at the securities company where shareholders opened securities depository account.
For undeposited securities: Shareholder will receive dividend at Van Dien Fused Magnesium Phosphate Fertilizer Joint Stock Company on working days.
