On May 26, 2023, Water Supply Sewerage Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of annual general meeting 2023 to approve the following contents:
1) The AGM approved the business, production, investment and development results in 2022:

- Consolidated profit before tax: 30.705 billion dongs
- Dividend: 20%
2) The AGM approved the business, production, investment and development plan in 2023:
- Total consolidated revenue: 326.514 billion dongs
- Consolidated profit before tax: 26.173 billion dongs
- Dividend: 15%
3) The AGM approved the report of the BOD activities, the BOD’s evaluation of the Supervisory Board and independent members of the BOD in 2022 and plan for 2023.
4) The AGM approved the report of the Supervisory Board activities in 2022.
5) The AGM approved the financial statement in 2022 audited by Southern Auditing And Accounting Financial Consulting Services Company Limited.
