On April 12, 2023, Vinacafé Biên Hoa Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of annual general meeting 2023 to approve the following contents:

1)      The AGM approved the report of the Board of Directors.

2)      The AGM approved the audited financial statements in 2022 by KPMG Company Limited.

3)      The AGM approved the business plan in 2023:

-          Net sales: 2,500 – 3,000 billion dongs

-          Profit after tax: 380 – 500 billion dongs.

4)      The AGM approved the 2022 profit allocation:

-          Reward and Welfare fund: 0 dongs

-          Dividend payment in 2022: 0 dongs.

5)      The AGM approved the selection of one of the audit firms for the financial statements in 2023:
