1)      To invest in HB Pharma Joint Stock Company for buying shares in the additional issuance of HB Pharma Joint Stock Company:

-          Estimated buying volume: 255,000 shares

-          Estimated buying price: VND10,000/share

-          Estimated amount: VND2,550,000,000

-          Estimated ownership ratio after investing: 51% total shares of HB Pharma Joint Stock Company.

2)      To allow HB Pharma Joint Stock Company to borrow working capital after the investment completed:

-          Amount: VND5,000,000,000

-          Time: 12 months

-          Interest rate: more than 12%/year.
