1)      List of members of the Board of Directors who are appointed for the term 2022 – 2027, effective from April 11, 2023:

-          Ngo Thu Ha: Chief Executive Officer cum member of the BOD;

-          Do Duc Hai: Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Deputy Chairman of cum member of the BOD;

-          BOD Pham Viet Dan: member of the BOD;

-          Haroon Anwar Sheikh: Independent member of the BOD.

-          Do Quang Vinh: Deputy Chairman of the BOD cum Deputy Chief Executive Officer.

2)      List of members of the Board of Directors who are resigned for the term 2022 – 2027, effective from April 11, 2023:
