The Board resolution dated April 04, 2023, the Board of Directors approved the agreement between Sao Vang Rubber Joint Stock Company and related parties with the following conditions:

1)      The total asset value of related parties should be less than 35% of the SRC’ total asset value in the latest financial statement.

2)      The related parties have the normal operation.

3)      The transactions will be based on the fair and volunteer.
