1. Approved the Resignation Letter of Mr. Ngo Thuc Vu as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) cum Legal Representative of the Company from July 18, 2022.
2. Approved the resignation of Mrs. Phung Vu Tu Anh as Chief Accountant of the Company from July 18, 2022.
3. Approved the resignation of Mrs. Pham Thu Thao as Head of Internal Audit of the Company from July 18, 2022.
4. Approved the resignation of Mr. Phung Van Xuan as Authorized Person to disclose information of the Company from July 18, 2022.
