On July 19, 2022, Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank announces to receive the Certificate of Share Ownership according to the issuance of shares to pay dividends and the issuance of shares to raise capital from the owner’s equity in 2022 as follows:

1. For deposited securities: Shareholder will be recorded at the securities company where shareholders opened securities depository account.
2. For undeposited securities: Shareholder will be received the Certificate of Share Ownership according to the issuance of shares to pay dividends and the issuance of shares to raise capital from the owner’s equity in 2022 of SeABank at Asean Securities Corporation (ASEAN Securities).
