-          Meeting date: 8:00, April 15, 2022

-          Meeting venue: Rex Hotel, 141 Nguyen Huẹ, Ben Nghe, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.

-          Meeting form: face-to-face meeting combined with virtual meeting and e-voting.

-          Participants: Those whose names are in the shareholder list of the record date March 18, 2022.
