According to the Board resolution dated March 22, 2022, the Board of Directors of Sai Gon Fuel Joint Stock Company (SFC) approved to adjust the discount rate at the petroleum purchase contract with Saigon Petro Co., Ltd. Accordingly, the discount rate compared to the retail price for E5 RON 92 bio-gasoline at the purchase time guaranteed at least as much as operating costs of SFC will be 657 dongs/litter. The effective time will be from March 22, 2022.
