Based on the Board resolution dated March 23, 2022, the Board of Directors of Quang Binh Import and Export Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. To cancel the record date (March 28, 2022) for closing the shareholders list for the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
2. To delay the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
3. To approve another record date for the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

-          New record date: May 04, 2022

-          Estimated meeting date: May 31, 2022.
