The Board resolution dated March 21, 2022, the Board of Directors of Petrovietnam Fertilizer And Chemicals Corporation approved the plan to hold the Annual General Meeting 2022 as follows:

-          Meeting time: expected on June 08, 2022. In case of necessity, the Company can extend the deadline no later than June 30, 2022 in accordance with the law.
