The Board resolution dated March 22, 2022, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Electricity Construction Joint Stock Corporation approved to withdraw capital in Vneco2 Electricity Construction Joint Stock Company (VNECO2). Details are as follows:

-          Owning volume:  679,075 shares, accounting for 31.46% charter capital of VNECO2

-          Selling method: put through and order matching

-          Time of implementation: March 2022 or April 2022.
