The Board resolution dated March 22, 2022, the Board of Directors of Tan Dai Hung Plastic Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1. Approved the 2021 cash dividend payment in 2021:

-          Exercise ratio: 7% (700 dongs/share)

-          Payment time (estimated): from June 15, 2022 to June 30, 2022.

2. Approved the remuneration of the BOD, Supervisory Board in 2022 as well as in 2021: 1,400,000,000 dongs.
3. Approved the holding of Annual General Meeting 2022:
