On October 19, 2022, the Board of Directors of Noibai Cargo Terminal Services Joint Stock Company approved the agreements, transactions with related parties  with the value less than 35% of the Company’s total assets in the latest financial statements; and agreements for borrowing, lending and selling assets with the value more than 10% the Company’s total assets in the latest financial statements between the Company and the shareholders holding 51% or more of the voting shares.
