Dat Xanh Real Estate Services Joint Stock Company (HOSE: DXS) explained the drop of market prices to floor levels in five trading sessions from September 26, 2022 to September 30, 2022 as follows:

- DXS was listed and traded transparently on HOSE, the bid and ask prices are affected by investors in the market as well as influences of macro-economic policies related to the business field of the Company.

- The decrease in prices is beyond of the Company’s expectation and control.
