Duong Hieu Trading and Mining Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolutions as follows:

Board Resolution No.08/2022 dated 09/29/2022

The Board of Directors of Duong Hieu Trading and Mining Joint Stock Company approved to use the assets of related person (Board Member cum CEO Nguyen Thi Dung) to guarantee the Company’s payment obligation at Viettinbank – Luu Xa Branch and Woori VietNam Bank – Thai Nguyen Branch.  

Board Resolution No.09/2022 dated 09/29/2022

The Board of Directors of Duong Hieu Trading and Mining Joint Stock Company approved the followings:

-          Investment plan in Mien Bac Taxi Service Co., Ltd.;

-          Investment in the Company’s head office at no more than 10 billion dongs after collecting shareholders’ opinions in writing;

-          Extension of suspension of Quang Nam Branch from October 11, 2022 to November 10, 2023.

-          Relocation of Dang Nang Branch.
