On October 19, 2022, BAF Viet Nam Agriculture Joint Stock Company announces the supplement to the information on the withdrawal of dossier of registration for the convertible bonds offering in the private placement with details as follows:

On September 16, 2022, the Government issued Decree 65/2022/NĐ-CP on amending and supplementing some of articles of Decree No. 153/2020/NĐ-CP regulating on offering and trading private corporate bonds. The Board of Directors found that some of the contents mentioned in the plan were no longer suitable with the current actual situation at the Company and did not meet the new regulations stated in Decree 65/2022/NĐ-CP dated September 16, 2022 by the Government. Therefore, the Board of Directors unanimously approved the temporary withdrawal of the bond offering registration dossier.
