The Board resolution dated July 16, 2021, the BOD of Can Don Hydro Power Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1)      Approving to cancel the record date of June 10, 2021 for the holding of Annual General Meeting 2021 due to the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic. Accordingly, the company will postpone the Annual General Meeting 2021 until the appropriate time.

2)      Approving the new record date to attend the Annual General Meeting on August 05, 2021 and the time to hold the meeting will be expected on August 30, 2021.
