5)      Exercise ratio: 10% (Those who own 10 shares will receive 01 new share).

6)      Charter capital before the issuance: VND324,953,970,000

7)      Number of outstanding shares: 30,715,397 shares

8)      Number of treasury shares: 1,780,000 shares

9)      Number of shares expected to be issued:  3,071,539 shares

10)  Total value of issue (at par value): VND30,715,390,000

11)  Charter capital after the issuance: VND355,669,360,000

12)  Time of implementation: Quarter 3/2021

13)  Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to units, the fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.

14)  For example: At the record date, the shareholder A owns 549 shares. With performing ratio 10:1, the shareholder A will receive: 549*1/10 = 54.9 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A will receive 54 new shares, the fractional shares of 0.9 will be cancelled.
