The Board resolution dated July 16, 2021, the BOD of Binh Duong Trade and Development Joint Stock Company approved the adjustment of Principle Contract No.18/HĐNT/2008 dated January 02, 2008 on transferring the land use rights in hamlet 5 Residential Area, Chanh Phu Hoa Ward, Ben Cat Town, Binh Duong Province with Becamex IDC with the following details:

1)      To adjust the residential land use rights:

-          Total area: 113,024.5 m²

-          Transfer value: 74,596,170,000 dongs

-          Payment method: to pay 100% of the transfer value.

2)      To adjust the transfer form from the transfer of land use rights to commercial and service land:

-          Total area: 18,380 m²  

-          Transfer value: 12,130,800,000 dongs

-          Payment method: to pay 100% of the transfer value.

3)      To adjust the transfer form from the transfer of land use rights for residential land lots to cooperation in construction investment and commercial housing business:

-          Total area: 4,235 m² 

-          Land value: 63,249,725,000 dongs

-          Payment method:

+ Phase 1: the company has advanced the amount of VND6,791,621,675

+ Phase 2: the company will pay the remaining amount of VND56,458,103,325 before September 30, 2021.
