The Board resolution dated June 17, 2021, the BOD of Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation approved the following contents:

1)      The delay of the holding of Annual General Meeting for the fiscal year 2020 on June 28, 2021 due to the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic.

2)      The time to hold the Annual General Meeting for the fiscal year 2020 will be held until the appropriate time. The details will be informed later.
