The Board resolution dated June 17, 2021, the BOD of Southern Hydropower Joint Stock Company approved to change the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021 as follows:

-          Meeting time: 8:00, June 30, 2021 (instead of June 24, 2021

-          Meeting venue: Palace Hotel Hotel, No.56 66 Nguyen Hue Street, district 1, Hochiminh.

Reason for change: due to the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic.
