The Board resolution dated June 16, 2021, the BOD of Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation (TDH) approved the policy to transfer all shares of Foreign Trade Development and Investment Corporation of Ho Chi Minh City (FDC). Details are as follows:

-          Transfer volume: 16,611,715 shares

-          Ownership ratio of TDH in FDC: 43%

-          Selling price: no less than VND12,000/share

-          Time of implementation: within 03 months from the approval date of the policy.
