On May 25, 2021, the Board of Directors of Duyen Hai Multi Modal Transport Joint Stock Company approved to sign and implement agreements with related parties as follows:

1)      Approving the agreements between Duyen Hai Multi Modal Transport Joint Stock Company and Tan Dai Tien Binh Thuan Co. Ltd., a company related to Mr. Ngo Trong Nghia, a Member of the Board of Directors. The agreement value will be less than 35% of total assets of Duyen Hai Multi Modal Transport Joint Stock Company.

2)      Approving the agreements between Duyen Hai Multi Modal Transport Joint Stock Company and Hung Phat Construction Co. Ltd. The agreement value will be less than 35% of total assets of Duyen Hai Multi Modal Transport Joint Stock Company.
