Thong Nhat Rubber Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of the Board of Directors dated May 24, 2021 as follows:

            The Board of Directors decided to norminate the following persons as State’s capital representatives for the term from 2021 to 2026:

-          Mr. Nguyen Nhat Thanh Lam owns 36%;

-          Mr. Nguyen Huu Manh Nhuong owns 15%.

This resolution replaces the Board resolution dated April 12, 2021.
